• Assistance with the relevant departments: the creation of an activity in the Principality of Monaco is subject to authorization, and the creation of a file presenting the project must be carried out with the utmost care.

• Assistance to foreign companies wishing to set up in Monaco: creation of an office, branch or subsidiary, again subject to authorization.

Civil activities :

• To acquire real estate or to house monetary and financial assets, creation and domiciliation of civil companies whose incorporation formalities are simple and whose management costs are limited.
